1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Delays: Unforeseen events such as customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.
3. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
- You can track your package using the link provided or through our Order Tracking Page.
- If you have not received tracking updates within 5 business days, please contact us.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
- Some regions may have import duties and taxes that the customer is responsible for.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Evoré is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered." If you experience issues:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- Address Changes: Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
