Refund policy

At Evoré, we take pride in delivering beautifully handcrafted crochet flower bouquets that brighten your day. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you every step of the way!

1. Returns & Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unused & in original packaging – The product must be in its original, unused condition with all included accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Defective or damaged items – If your item arrives damaged or defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Wrong item received – If you received the wrong color or bouquet, rest assured we’re here to help. Just contact us at support@evore.store, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging or missing elements (e.g., tags, ribbons, or bouquet wraps).
  • Orders past the 30-day return window.

Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in stitching or color may occur. These are not considered defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. Refund Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@evore.store. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Additionally, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact Us at support@evore.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect).
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided.
  4. Once received, we will process your return to your original payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@evore.store.

5. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
